The 57-year-old lady said that she was going to lose up to six kilograms per month with a special diet.
Over the next ten days, according to Malysheva, she intends to go through a special slimming marathon. According to subscribers, her way to lose weight is far from the principles of a healthy and balanced diet.
On the second day, Malysheva drank two cups of coffee with a very small amount of milk. She claims that in the first days she did not want to eat at all, and she did not feel hungry.
For the third day of the slimming marathon, Elena Malysheva ate 200 grams of chicken skinless thighs (370 kcal), 200 grams of curly cabbage or kale (100 kcal), 250 grams of broccoli (85 kcal) and 360 grams of cauliflower (90 kcal).
