How do you know if you are deported or not?
Foreign citizens sometimes face the phenomenon of deportation. At the same time, this trouble does not mean at all that a person is forced into a plane by force or taken to the nearest border in handcuffs and expelled.
Most often the offender has to leave the country on time. Many may have questions about whether to return. To know this in the process for some reason is not always possible.
What is deportation?
Deportation, or administrative expulsion, is a form of punishment applied to a violator to an alien. It means that a given citizen must leave the country within a certain period of time and lose the right to enter for the next 5 years. This measure is established only by a court decision, and as any decision it must be documented.
FMS Online Service

After the automatic processing of the result, a line will appear on the page where it is written whether the FMS has grounds for prohibiting entry into Russia. It also answers the question of whether a person was deported or not.
